Cancellation Policy

Details how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are managed.

1. Cancellations by Client

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.

2. Cancellations by Us

We may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, weather, safety risks).
In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available where Services are not delivered with due care and skill, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Refunds will not be granted for change of mind after Services are rendered.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Service Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will either:

Re-perform the Service at no additional cost; or
Provide a partial refund, as appropriate.
