Cancellation Policy

Details how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are managed.

1. Cancellations by Client

  • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.

2. Cancellations by Us

  • We may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, weather, safety risks).
  • In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are available where Services are not delivered with due care and skill, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • Refunds will not be granted for change of mind after Services are rendered.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Service Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will either:

  • Re-perform the Service at no additional cost; or
  • Provide a partial refund, as appropriate.
