1. Coverage

  • We maintain Public Liability Insurance to cover accidental damage to property or injury caused by our staff during the course of Services.
  • We maintain Workers’ Compensation Insurance as required under Victorian law.

2. Limitations

Insurance does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear;
  • Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value;
  • Indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of business, emotional distress).

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must secure all valuables, cash, and sensitive items prior to the Service.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage to unsecured items not disclosed before Service.

4. Claims

  • Any insurance claim must be reported within 48 hours of the incident.
  • Claims will be processed in accordance with our insurer’s requirements.
